I'm a virtual personal assistant based out of California. After getting burnt out working as an undervalued customer service representative for years, I fell into dog walking to make a living and unexpectedly got picked up by an elite level client as her personal assistant.

I've now been assisting business owners, entrepreneurs, and social media influencers in growing their businesses while reclaiming their personal lives for over five years and my passion for helping and integration has flourished.

My background is primarily based in the arts, specifically dance, theater, design, sewing, and embroidery, but I have a lot of experience assisting animal based businesses, such as animal trainers, groomers, boarding facilities, breeders, and pet influencers, but I am open to helping any type of client who needs my services because I love to learn and research.

My primary aim as a virtual assistant is to take up as little of my clients' time as possible, while meeting and exceeding their expectations in saving them time and money.

What are your areas of expertise and interest?

I've worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, animal care services, arts, performing arts, apparel design and decoration, event planning, property management, vacation rental management, and real estate.

I am most passionate about streamlining operations, marketing, and social media management.

How do you ensure confidentiality and privacy?

The security of my clients and their information is of the utmost importance. All client information is protected under a signed contractual agreement.

What are your rates and how do you bill for services?

My current rate is $30/hr. During your discovery call, we'll determine how many hours you'd like to start with on a weekly basis. You can add more hours as needed to be billed for later and any unused hours will roll over into the next week. I send out a detailed summary of services rendered at the end of each week with the next week's invoice and plan.

What is your availability and how do you manage different time zones?

Currently I am available 24/7 on an on call basis. I am located in the Pacific Time Zone, but regularly work with clients across various time zones with no issue.

How do we communicate and share files securely?

If my clients don't have their own preferred method of contact, I prefer to use Signal and email for all communication.

What is your process for onboarding new clients?

The first step is to book a discovery call or conversation below-it's completely complimentary besides your time.

Once I have your information, I always do some research on you and your business to prepare for our call. After we talk, I'll send over my proposal and follow-up notes to let you determine if we're a good fit for each other. If you want to move forward, I'll send over the contract and first invoice to get started on the actual onboarding process.

Our onboarding meeting will require 30 minutes to an hour of your time to get your secure, personal reference file set up, establish our encrypted lines of communication, and set the expectations/routines for me as your virtual assistant together.
